Summary

CVE-2024-1516 is a vulnerability affecting the WP eCommerce plugin for WordPress. The issue lies in the check_for_saas_push() function, which lacks sufficient capability checks. Consequently, unauthenticated attackers can manipulate this flaw to create arbitrary posts with any content they desire, posing a significant security risk. Versions of the plugin up to and including 3.15.1 are susceptible to this attack.
