Summary

CVE-2024-1501 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting the Database Reset plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in versions up to 3.22, stems from insufficient nonce validation on the install_wpr() function. Consequently, unauthenticated attackers can install the WP Reset Plugin by tricking site administrators into executing a malicious request.
