Summary

CVE-2024-1447 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Sydney Toolbox plugin for WordPress. The issue lies with the plugin's aThemes Slider button element, which fails to properly sanitize and escape user-supplied links. This flaw enables authenticated attackers with contributor-level permissions and above to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages. These scripts will be executed every time a user accesses an affected page.
