Summary

CVE-2024-1366 is a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Happy Addons for Elementor plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in all versions up to and including 3.10.3, enables authenticated attackers with contributor-level access or higher to inject malicious web scripts. The 'archive_title_tag' attribute of the Archive Title widget is the primary point of entry, where insufficient input sanitization and output escaping allow the attack. Successful exploitation results in the execution of the injected scripts whenever a user visits an affected page.
