Summary
CVE-2024-1158 is a vulnerability affecting the User Submissions (UGC) plugin for WordPress, specifically the Post Form – Registration Form – Profile Form component, versions 2.8.7 and below. The flaw lies within the buddyforms_new_page function, which lacks a required capability check.
