Summary

CVE-2024-1072: A vulnerability was discovered in the Website Builder by SeedProd plugin for WordPress, affecting versions up to and including 6.15.21. The issue lies in the seedprod_lite_new_lpage function which lacks proper capability checks. This oversight allows unauthenticated attackers to manipulate the contents of coming-soon, maintenance pages, login pages, and 404 pages created using the plugin. SeedProd has released version 6.15.22 as a patch, but it introduces a new bug on admin pages. It is recommended to upgrade to the latest version, 6.15.23, to mitigate both vulnerabilities.
