Summary

CVE-2024-0956 is a vulnerability affecting the WP ERP plugin for WordPress, specifically its accounting module. This issue allows authenticated attackers, with admin or accounting manager privileges, to perform time-based SQL Injection attacks. The vulnerability stems from insufficient escaping on user-supplied input and a lack of sufficient preparation of SQL queries. This combination enables attackers to append malicious queries to existing ones, potentially leading to the extraction of sensitive data from the plugin's database. Versions up to and including 1.12.9 are impacted.
