Summary

CVE-2024-0834 is a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Elementor Addon Elements plugin for WordPress. Versions up to and including 1.12.11 are susceptible to this issue. The flaw lies in the insufficient input sanitization and output escaping of the link_to parameter. This vulnerability allows authenticated attackers, with contributor access or higher, to inject malicious web scripts into pages. When a user accesses an injected page, the scripts will execute, potentially leading to unintended actions or data theft.
