Summary

CVE-2024-0747 is a vulnerability that arises when a parent page loads a child in an iframe with the `unsafe-inline` setting. This configuration allows the parent Content Security Policy (CSP) to override the child CSP, posing a potential security risk. This issue affects older versions of Firefox (below 122), Firefox ESR (below 115.7), and Thunderbird (below 115.7). By permitting the parent CSP to override the child CSP, this vulnerability may expose users to cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks or other malicious content. Users are advised to update their browsers to the latest available versions to mitigate the risk.
