Summary

CVE-2024-0665 is a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the WP Customer Area plugin for WordPress. Versions up to and including 8.2.1 are impacted by this issue. The vulnerability arises due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping, allowing unauthenticated attackers to inject malicious scripts. Attackers can exploit this flaw by tricking users into clicking on a link, which would execute the malicious code in the affected pages.
