Summary

CVE-2024-0645 is a buffer overflow vulnerability identified in Explorer++ version 1.3.5.531. This issue allows a local attacker to execute arbitrary code by sending a specially crafted long filename argument. The vulnerability arises due to the improper handling of SEH records during file processing.
