Summary
CVE-2024-0525 is a newly disclosed critical vulnerability affecting CXBSoft Url-shorting up to version 1.3.1. The issue lies in the HTTP POST Request Handler's /pages/long_s_short.php file. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by manipulating the 'longurl' argument, resulting in SQL injection. This exploit has been made public, increasing the risk of potential attacks. The associated identifier for this vulnerability is VDB-250695, and unfortunately, the vendor has not responded to disclosure notifications.
