Summary

CVE-2024-0448 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Elementor Addons by Livemesh plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in all versions up to 8.3.1, allows authenticated attackers with contributor access or higher to inject arbitrary web scripts. The vulnerability occurs due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the plugin's widget URL parameters. Successful exploitation enables the attacker to execute their malicious scripts whenever a user visits an injected page.
