Summary

CVE-2024-0244 is a buffer overflow vulnerability affecting the CPCA PCFAX number process of certain Office Multifunction Printers and Laser Printers from Satera, Canon, and i-SENSYS. This issue, present in firmware versions v03.07 and earlier for the MF750C Series sold in Japan, Color imageCLASS MF750C Series and Color imageCLASS X MF1333C sold in the US, and i-SENSYS MF754Cdw/C1333iF sold in Europe, may enable an attacker on the network segment to cause the affected product to become unresponsive or execute arbitrary code.
