Summary
CVE-2024-0162 is a vulnerability affecting Dell PowerEdge Servers and Dell Precision Rack BIOS. This issue involves improper buffer verification during Smooth Boot (SMM) communication, enabling a local, low-privileged attacker to perform out-of-bound reads or writes to SMRAM.
