Summary

CVE-2023-7151 is a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Product Enquiry plugin for WooCommerce WordPress before version 3.2. This issue arises due to insufficient sanitization and escaping of the page parameter before its output in an HTML attribute. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by injecting malicious scripts into the parameter, thereby executing arbitrary code in the context of the affected user, including high privilege users such as admins. This could potentially lead to data theft or unauthorized modification of the WordPress site.
