Summary

CVE-2023-6963 is a vulnerability affecting the Getwid – Gutenberg Blocks plugin for WordPress. This issue, present in versions up to 2.0.4, allows unauthenticated attackers to bypass the CAPTCHA verification of the Contact Form block. The bypass occurs when the 'g-recaptcha-response' parameter is omitted from the 'data' array, rendering the security measure ineffective. This vulnerability poses a significant risk, potentially enabling spam submissions and other malicious activities. WordPress users are advised to update to the latest plugin version to mitigate this issue.
