Summary

CVE-2023-6945 is a newly disclosed vulnerability in the SourceCodester Online Student Management System 1.0. An unknown functionality in the file edit-student-detail.php contains a cross-site scripting (XSS) weakness. By manipulating the argument notmsg, an attacker can inject malicious scripts that can be executed in the context of the victim's browser. This vulnerability can be exploited remotely, making it a significant security risk. The identifier VDB-248377 has been assigned to this issue, and the exploit is currently publicly available.
