Summary

CVE-2023-6690 is a race condition vulnerability affecting GitHub Enterprise Server. An attacker with administrative privileges could exploit this issue to retain permissions on transferred repositories by manipulating GraphQL mutations during the transfer process. This vulnerability impacted versions 3.8.0 and above, and was addressed in updates 3.8.12, 3.9.7, 3.10.4, and 3.11.1.
