Summary

CVE-2023-6632 is a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Happy Addons for Elementor plugin for WordPress up to version 3.9.1.1 (3.9.1.1 for the free version and 2.9.1.1 for the pro version). This issue stems from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, which allows unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages. To exploit this vulnerability, an attacker needs to trick a user into taking a specific action, such as clicking on a malicious link, enabling the execution of the injected scripts. This poses a significant risk to websites using the affected plugin, potentially leading to data theft, unauthorized access, or other malicious activities.
