CVE-2023-6629 is a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the POST SMTP Mailer plugin for WordPress, specifically versions up to and including 2.8.6. This issue arises due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the 'msg' parameter, allowing unauthenticated attackers to inject malicious web scripts.
