Summary

CVE-2023-6557 is a vulnerability affecting The Events Calendar plugin for WordPress. In versions up to 6.2.8.2, an unauthenticated attacker can exploit the route function hooked into wp_ajax_nopriv_tribe_dropdown. This weakness allows the extraction of sensitive information, including post titles and IDs, for pending, private, and draft posts. The exposure of such data poses a significant risk to the confidentiality and integrity of WordPress sites using this plugin.
