Summary

CVE-2023-6174 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting Wireshark versions 4.0.0 to 4.0.10. An attacker can exploit this issue by injecting malicious packets or using crafted capture files to cause the SSH dissector to crash. This vulnerability allows an attacker to disrupt the normal operation of Wireshark, potentially causing significant inconvenience or downtime for network administrators.
