Summary

CVE-2023-6147 is a vulnerability affecting the Qualys Jenkins Plugin for Policy Compliance, versions up to and including 1.0.5. This issue arises from missing permission checks during connectivity checks to Qualys Cloud Services. Consequently, any authenticated user could manipulate jobs and introduce rogue endpoints. Maliciously crafted XML External Entity (XXE) payloads could be injected into requests, leading to potential XXE attacks while processing the response data.
