Summary

CVE-2023-6043 is a newly disclosed privilege escalation vulnerability affecting Lenovo Vantage software. An attacker who has local access to the system can exploit this flaw to bypass integrity checks, thereby gaining elevated privileges and executing arbitrary code. Successful exploitation could lead to significant compromise of the affected system. Lenovo has released a patch to address this issue, and users are encouraged to apply it as soon as possible.
