Summary
CVE-2023-5991 is a vulnerability affecting the Hotel Booking Lite WordPress plugin before version 4.8.5. This issue arises due to the plugin's failure to validate user-supplied file paths and insufficient CSRF and authorization checks. Consequently, unauthenticated users can exploit this weakness to download and delete arbitrary files on the vulnerable server, potentially leading to significant security risks.
