Summary

CVE-2023-5845 is a vulnerability affecting the Simple Social Media Share Buttons WordPress plugin. Prior to version 5.1.1, this plugin inadvertently shares password-protected post content with unauthenticated visitors. The issue arises due to the plugin's handling of meta tags, which inappropriately expose the password-protected content.
