Summary
CVE-2023-5497 is a critical vulnerability affecting Tongda OA 2017 11.10. An unknown function in the file delete.php, located in the welfare_manage directory, is susceptible to SQL injection. Attackers can manipulate the WELFARE_ID argument to execute malicious SQL queries.
