Summary
CVE-2023-5443 is a new vulnerability affecting EDM Informatics E-invoice versions prior to 2.1. This issue involves a lack of sufficient protection for outbound error messages and alert signals, which can enable attackers to conduct account footprinting. By intercepting and analyzing these messages, unauthorized users can gather sensitive information about targeted accounts, potentially leading to further attacks or data breaches.
