Summary

CVE-2023-5415 is a vulnerability affecting the Funnelforms Free plugin for WordPress. This issue allows authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level permissions and above, to unauthorizedly modify data by bypassing capability checks on the fnsf_add_category function. Versions up to and including 3.4 are affected. The consequence of exploiting this vulnerability is the addition of new categories, posing a potential security risk for WordPress websites using this plugin.
