Summary

CVE-2023-5337 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Contact form Form For All plugin for WordPress. This issue, which impacts versions up to and including 1.2, allows authenticated attackers with contributor-level or above permissions to inject malicious scripts. The vulnerability arises due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user-supplied attributes within the 'formforall' shortcode. Consequently, injected pages can execute arbitrary web scripts whenever a user accesses them.
