Summary

CVE-2023-52304 is a stack overflow vulnerability affecting PaddlePaddle, a machine learning framework, before version 2.6.0. This issue is located in the paddle.searchsorted function and can lead to a denial-of-service (DoS) attack. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by providing maliciously crafted input data to trigger the stack overflow. In severe cases, this vulnerability could potentially be exploited for more damaging outcomes beyond just a DoS attack.
