Summary

CVE-2023-52265 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting IDURAR, also known as idurar-erp-crm, versions prior to 2.0.1. This issue permits Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks through a specially crafted JSON email template in the /api/email/update API endpoint. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a malicious email template during a PATCH request, leading to the injection of malicious scripts that can be executed in the user's browser when they view the affected page.
