Summary

CVE-2023-51971 is a stack overflow vulnerability affecting Tenda AX1803 v1.0.0.1 routers. An attacker can exploit this issue by sending maliciously crafted data through the adv.iptv.stbpvid parameter to the getIptvInfo function. Successful exploitation could result in a denial-of-service condition or potentially allow the attacker to execute arbitrary code, leading to serious security implications. Users are advised to update their routers as soon as a patch becomes available.
