Summary

CVE-2023-51734 is a vulnerability affecting the Skyworth Router CM5100, specifically version 4.1.1.24. The issue arises from inadequate validation of user-supplied input for the Identity parameter within Remote endpoint settings of the web interface. A remote attacker can exploit this flaw by delivering crafted input to this parameter. Successfully exploiting the vulnerability enables an attacker to execute stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks on the targeted system.
