Summary

CVE-2023-51719 is a vulnerability affecting Skyworth Router CM5100, version 4.1.1.24. This issue arises due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input for the Traceroute parameter at the router's web interface. A remote attacker can exploit this flaw by supplying malicious input to the vulnerable parameter. Successful exploitation enables the attacker to execute stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks on the targeted system.
