Summary

CVE-2023-51714: A significant vulnerability was identified in the HTTP2 implementation of Qt versions before 5.15.17, 6.x before 6.2.11, 6.3.x through 6.5.x before 6.5.4, and 6.6.x before 6.6.2. The issue lies in the hpacktable.cpp file, where an incorrect integer overflow check exists. This flaw could potentially lead to heap-based buffer overflows, enabling attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause denial-of-service conditions. Qt users are advised to update their affected versions to the respective patched releases to mitigate this risk.
