Summary

CVE-2023-50863: Travel Website version 1.0 contains unauthenticated SQL injection vulnerabilities. The 'hotelIDHidden' parameter in the generateReceipt.php resource fails to validate user input, allowing malicious characters to be directly sent to the database without filtering. Successful exploitation could result in unauthorized data access or modification. Attackers may manipulate queries to gain sensitive information or execute malicious code. Website administrators are advised to apply patches or updates to address this vulnerability promptly.
