Summary

CVE-2023-50732 is a vulnerability affecting the XWiki Platform, a generic wiki solution. This issue allows an attacker to execute Velocity scripts without proper authorization, bypassing the scripting rights, within the document tree. This vulnerability poses a significant risk as it allows unauthorized code execution. The latest versions of XWiki, 14.10.7 and 15.2RC1, have been released with the necessary patches to mitigate this issue.
