Summary

CVE-2023-50473 is a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting version 1.16.4 of the bill-ahmed qbit-matUI software. This issue arises due to fixed session identifiers in the index.js file, which can be exploited by remote attackers to steal sensitive information. Successful exploitation allows the attacker to inject malicious scripts into otherwise trusted websites, potentially resulting in unintended actions or data disclosure. Users are strongly encouraged to update to a patched version to mitigate this risk.
