CVE-2023-50447 is a new vulnerability affecting the Pillow library, specifically versions up to 10.1.0. This issue allows attackers to execute arbitrary code through the environment parameter in PIL.ImageMath.eval, which is different from the previous vulnerability, CVE-2022-22817, that was related to the expression parameter.
