Summary
CVE-2023-50297 is a newly discovered open redirect vulnerability affecting PowerCMS 6 Series, 5 Series, and 4 Series. This issue enables unauthenticated attackers to redirect users to arbitrary websites by crafting specific URLs. Notably, all unsupported versions of PowerCMS 3 Series and earlier are also vulnerable to this vulnerability. This security flaw could potentially lead to phishing attacks, data theft, or other malicious activities if exploited.
