Summary
CVE-2023-49954 is a vulnerability affecting the CRM Integration in 3CX versions before 18.0.9.23 and 20 before 20.0.0.1494. An attacker can exploit this issue by injecting malicious SQL code into the first name, search string, or email address fields. Successful exploitation could result in unauthorized access to sensitive data or even system takeover. It is recommended that users upgrade to the latest versions of 3CX to mitigate this risk.
