Summary

CVE-2023-49833 is a Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Spectra – WordPress Gutenberg Blocks plugin from versions n/a to 2.7.9. An attacker can inject malicious scripts into a website using improper neutralization of user input during web page generation. This stored XSS vulnerability poses a significant risk, allowing attackers to execute arbitrary code in users' browsers and potentially steal sensitive information or take control of affected websites.
