Summary

CVE-2023-49379 is a newly disclosed Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting JFinalCMS version 5.0.0. An attacker could exploit this flaw by making unauthorized modifications to user data through the /admin/friend_link/save component. The CSRF vulnerability allows an attacker to trick a user into making unwanted actions on a web application, potentially leading to sensitive information disclosure or unintended changes. Users are advised to update their JFinalCMS installation to the latest version as soon as possible to mitigate this risk.
