Summary

CVE-2023-49283: Microsoft Graph PHP SDK exposes system information through a vulnerability in its GetPhpInfo.php script. The script contains a call to the phpInfo() function, which discloses server configuration, modules, and environment variables. This vulnerability is contingent on a server misconfiguration, allowing the PHP application's vendor directory to be web accessible. An attacker can exploit this combination to execute the phpInfo() method through a crafted HTTP request. The issue has been addressed in version 2.0.2. Temporary workarounds include deleting the GetPhpInfo.php file, denying access to the /vendor directory, or disabling the phpInfo function.
