Summary

CVE-2023-4925 is a vulnerability affecting the Easy Forms for Mailchimp WordPress plugin. This issue permits Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks, allowing high privilege users, such as administrators, to inject malicious code into the plugin's settings. Even when the 'unfiltered_html' option is disabled, this vulnerability can still be exploited due to the plugin's failure to sanitize and escape some settings.
