Summary

CVE-2023-49081 is a vulnerability affecting the aiohttp library, an asynchronous HTTP client/server framework for asyncio and Python. This issue allows an attacker to manipulate HTTP requests by improperly validating them, potentially inserting new headers or creating new requests. The exploitation of this vulnerability depends on an attacker's ability to control the HTTP version of the request. A patch is now available in version 3.9.0 of aiohttp.
