Summary

CVE-2023-48974 is a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Axigen WebMail versions prior to 10.3.3.61. An attacker can exploit this issue by crafting a malicious script and injecting it into the serverName_input parameter. Successful exploitation allows the attacker to escalate their privileges and potentially gain unauthorized access to the server, posing a serious security risk. It is strongly recommended that users upgrade to the latest version of Axigen WebMail to mitigate this vulnerability.
