Summary

CVE-2023-48893 is a vulnerability affecting the SLiMS (SENAYAN Library Management System) before version 9.6.1. An SQL injection flaw is present in the admin/modules/reporting/customs/staff_act.php file, allowing attackers to inject malicious SQL code through the startDate or untilDate parameters. Successful exploitation could grant unauthorized access to sensitive data or even result in system takeover. Users are advised to upgrade to the latest version of SLiMS to mitigate this risk.
